DGCA Pariksha Portal Issues Important Notice for December 2025 RTR Exam

The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has released a crucial update on the Pariksha Portal for candidates appearing in the RTR (Restricted) Certificate & Licence Examination for the December 2025 session.

As announced, the online application window will be open from 3 November 2025 to 13 November 2025 (till 2200 hrs). All registrations must be completed through the Pariksha Portal, and candidates must ensure their profiles are correctly updated beforehand. The official exam dates will be notified separately on the portal.

A key requirement highlighted in the notice — a valid Computer Number is mandatory for registration. Candidates without one should apply immediately to avoid missing the session.

Candidates are able to choose their favorite city during the application process depending on whether it is available or not.

Important Points for Candidates

Application and fee should be submitted prior to 2200 hrs on 13 November 2025
Computer Number and profile information must be updated
All instructions in the AME & Flight Crew manuals must be read on the portal
Documents and identity proofs must be kept ready before filling the form
Check the portal regularly for updates regarding the exam schedule

RTR is still one of the most important qualifications for aviation communication roles. The expansion of the aviation sector and increasing hiring trends give the passing of this exam the strongest position in the Indian aviation workforce.

Don’t wait until the last minute — do your registration easily and then just concentrate on revision.
